Fast
and efficient service calls are achieved using our unique "Service Exchange"
facility. This is not to be confused with 'loan' equipment. If the problem
can't be rectified on site, we replace it with an equivalent product. There's
no return for "swap back", so there's only one charge, one visit
and no waiting for spares. More importantly the site is working "Now".
Our vehicles carry a full compliment of spares, and our database gives us
accurate and detailed information for efficiency. Of course standard service
calls are still available should your operational requirements dictate.




We
are very proud of our unique bespoke database and its accuracy. It contains
every detail of a system and its installation, the service history, images
and costing reports. This allows our helpline to evaluate problems and possibly
solve them using those images to instruct the operator. If a call-out is then
necessary it gives accurate details to our engineers. Constantly updated,
it has proved a valuable resource to our clients, saving time, money and keeping
sites operational. It is backed up daily on three separate servers, one of
which is off-site.

Our
project management procedure is consistent with best practice. Our comprehensive
knowledge of CDM and HSE regulations means we can offer an integrated and
painless installation, giving one point of contact. We use our own installation
engineers and oversee any of our business partners on the project, including
structural engineers, riggers, programmers and electrical contractors, thus
producing a seamless installation. Our business partners are carefully chosen
for their specialist skills, experience and knowledge, they also share our
dedication and passion for customer service and satisfaction.

your designs and layouts using our full CAD facilities, and in some cases

Our
fully qualified bench engineers service all manner of sound, lighting and
video equipment, ancient and modern. We operate a policy of continued professional
development, constantly attending manufacturers training courses. Over the
years we have, not suprisingly, built up a large "grave yard" of
spares, and having grown up along side many of today's major innovators and
manufacturers, we take pride in knowing that "if we can't do it we know
a man who can". We are proud to say many of these same manufacturers
refer customers to us for service.
We
take a great interest in the ongoing wellbeing of a site, long after the installation
has been completed. We feel this is what sets us apart from others and differentiates
a true integrator installer from a disinterested contractor. We look after
every aspect together with the service side of projects we complete.We do

Using
Local Authority approved equipment we can handle most noise problems, whether
they be Noise Escape, Limiting, Noise and Work or Control. Live music, DJ
or recorded music, there is always a solution to be found. Careful design
in the first instance can take care of most issues. As we are council approved,
we can negotiate on your behalf with the EHO to ascertain the problems in
detail and then deal with them. One piece of free advice - if you know or
suspect that you may have an issue, DON'T wait until the warning letter arrives,
be pro-active.
