We offer lifetime care for our systems, and to ensure we can keep safe every detail of every job we do, we created a unique database containing all details of systems, installations, individual service history, images and cost reporting. This allows us to assess problems quickly and efficiently and if it's not possible to solve the issue over the phone, we will arrange a service call giving our accurate information to the engineer, saving both time and money.

This has proved particularly valuable for our clients in the hospitality trade where staff change over time and therefore are unfamiliar with the equipment installed. Our trusted database has all the details of the system and it's history to ensure that in the event of a problem we can solve it fast and keep downtime to an absolute minimum.
