We have completed over 100 of this type of food led pub. Traditionally sited on new housing estates or adjacent to retail parks, they feature an “L” shaped layout that allows peaceful dining at one end, with the other being for “drinking and TV”. The system compliments the design precisely creating a seamless venue all zoned for operational purposes, and together with its’ multi-purpose appeal, have produced a chain of successfully trading sites.
